Reinsdorf, who owns the Chicago Bulls andWhitw Sox, is the lead name on the $148 million offerr for the team, which is in Chapter 11 bankruptcy Canadian billionaire Jim Balsillie earlier made a $213 milliob offer to buy the hockety team and move it to Hamilton, Ontario.
