The Seattle school said it’s offering the progra due to “the substantial rise in the numbe r of corporate social responsibility jobs being created arouncthe globe.” Students in the MBA program will take the same core classes that othed MBA students at the schoo l take, and then take courses in “sociakl and environmental responsibility, marketing in a new economy, environmental accountinvg and sustainability and business Students in the “sustainable” MBA program can also take core classesz at City University’s international locationsa in Europe, Asia and North America.
“CityU’s MBA in sustainable businesw is unique inthat (it) offers a true sensse of global corporate social responsibility by allowing (a) student in different countries during the said Kevin Wilhelm, a member of the school’s advisory committee that helpeed develop the program.
