Giuliani is the former mayor of NewYork City; Faso was the GOP gubernatoriakl candidate in 2006. While Cuomo’s popularity is Gov. David Paterson’s approval rating remains low at 27percent — same as a monty ago — and only 15 percent said they wouls vote Paterson back into office if he runs in 2010.

Each of thosse replies is the highest yet, according to SRI.
